He works across organisational design, technical talent development, and engineering culture. He is particularly interested in practical AI adoption: helping engineering teams use AI thoughtfully to improve how they plan, build, and learn while maintaining sound judgement and engineering standards.

Apart from engineering, he enjoys woodworking and playing the guitar.
